CLOSING CEREMONY
The Closing Ceremony is a ritual of completion, release and renewal.
Traditionally offered during the postpartum period to support physical, emotional and energetic integration after childbirth, this ancient practice has evolved into a powerful ceremony for anyone moving through a significant life transition.
It can be deeply supportive during times of change, loss, grief, separation, illness, recovery, personal transformation, or whenever there is a need for closure, grounding and nourishment.
Offered with great gentleness and care, the ceremony follows the natural rhythm of expansion and contraction.
Through touch, warmth, wrapping and stillness, the body is invited to soften, release and open.
Gradually, the energy is gathered back towards the centre, creating a profound sense of containment,
integration and inner coherence.
The ceremony includes an initial sharing space, therapeutic and deeply nurturing practices, and a closing moment for
reflection and integration.
Much of the experience unfolds in silence and in darkness, allowing for a deeper journey inward.

YOUR CLOSING CEREMONY
Individual Rebirthing Breathwork sessions are offered in a private and supportive setting.
Each session lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours and includes an initial consultation, the breathing journey, and integration support afterwards.
No previous experience is required.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and avoiding heavy meals before the session.

Value of this individual ceremony: 250€
